Return & Exchanges

While we try to depict the true colors of the products we display and sell online, we cannot guarantee the exact color representation on your respective device due to the apparent differences between the camera and device properties. 

Orders are eligible for return/refund with the following conditions –

1. Clearly defective/damaged.
2. Photos of defect/damage are emailed to prasiddishops@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
3. Product is in original condition, unused and has original tags/labels in place with folds intact, and returned along with the packaging box in which it was delivered and packed properly to ensure safe return.
4. Return shipment of the product must be initiated within 2 days of delivery of the order.

Orders/products that are accepted for return/refund will be examined at Prasiddi for defects/damage highlighted in the customer’s refund request email.

In case the product tag/label is removed or damaged, return/refund refund will not be applicable.

Customers are responsible for the return shipment charges and custom charges arising thereafter.

Refunds shall be made to the same issuing Bank through which the product was purchased, using the same payment mode. Refunds against credit cards generally take 3 business days and upto 10 days for COD.

Products must be returned using the same delivery partner that delivered the product to ensure hassle free returns. 

Return of products must be shipped to – Prasiddi – MG Road, 46 Mahatma Gandhi Road, Next To Cauvery Emporium, Bengaluru 560001.

In the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding delivery or quality of the Products, the customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Exchanges are available only at our offline showrooms.
2. Exchanges are possible only if the product remains in original condition, unwashed and unused and has original tags/labels in place with folds intact, and returned along with the packaging box in which it was delivered.
3. Exchanges can be done within 7 days of receiving the order. Customers can exchange for another item with the same or higher value. For all cases of exchange, there will be no refund.
